If the item does not fit, we accept an exchange to a different size. If the replacement size is not in stock, we accept refunds.
If there is a manufacturing issue with the product, we accept refunds and exchanges.

If there is a manufacturing issue with the product, we accept refunds and exchanges.
EARRINGS.
We do not accept refunds or exchanges.
MANUFACTURING ISSUE.
If the issue is due to how the item is made, e.g. rusting. It is a manufacturing issue.
If you break or mistreat the item, this is not a manufacturing issue. We offer a repair service, send an email or DM if this happens.
You are liable for the cost of shipping the item back to us.

Shipping Policy
We attempt to ship every product next day. Please allow 3 business days for your product to be shipped.
UK - Once shipped, allow 2-3 business days for delivery.
Europe - Once shipped, allow 4-6 business days for delivery.
Worldwide - Once shipped, allow 7 business days for delivery.
You will receive tracking details to your email once your item has been shipped.

Are your products good quality?
All our products are either made from .925 sterling silver or brass that has been triple coated with .925 sterling silver. This triple coating stops rust from occurring, provided you follow our care instructions.
How should I take care of my item?

What happens if my item breaks?
If your item breaks because of a manufacturing issue, we will offer an exchange or refund.
If your item breaks due to misuse, we offer one repair service if it is fixable. If it is not fixable, we will not offer an exchange or refund.
