We attempt to ship every product next day. Please allow 3 business days for your product to be shipped.
UK - Once shipped, allow 2-3 business days for delivery.
Europe - Once shipped, allow 4-6 business days for delivery.
Worldwide - Once shipped, allow 7 business days for delivery.
Fine Jewellery
All fine jewellery is made-to-order and will therefore within 4-6 weeks of your order.
You will receive tracking details to your email once your item has been shipped.

Refund and Exchange Policy
BRACELETS / RINGS.
If the item does not fit, we accept an exchange to a different size. If the replacement size is not in stock, the item can be returned for store credit only.
If there is a manufacturing issue with the product, we accept refunds and exchanges.
CHAINS / ACCESSORIES.
If there is a manufacturing issue with the product, we accept refunds and exchanges.
EARRINGS.
We do not accept refunds or exchanges.
MANUFACTURING ISSUE.
If the issue is due to how the item is made. It is a manufacturing issue.
If you break or mistreat the item, this is not a manufacturing issue. We offer a repair service, send an email or DM if this happens.
You are liable for the cost of shipping the item back to us for any refund/exchange.
